Give me 50! (2 min each)































If you are like me, there is NO WAY  on earth (or the moon) I'll be able to do 50 sets in 2 minutes.

Go ahead and give it a try, I challenge you.

But if you can't  do 50, don't sweat it (sorry sad sad pun). Just do as many as you can in 2 minutes. Push yourself as hard as you can to get the most out of it! After awhile you'll be able to do 50 with out breaking a sweat.
